Earl’s Heating And A/C superb. My old HVAC stopped working in the middle of winter. I called Earl’s Heating And A/C and Lauren talk to me about my options so I decided to install the Mitsubishi hyper heat. The most advanced inverter technology right now specially we live in Northwest Indiana right outside Chicago where it regularly goes to -10 Fahrenheit every winter and I have a baby boy their crew who installed led by Anthony were very professional , They put shoe covers going in and out of the house they put tarp to cover the work area. Because I installed two Mitsubishi inverters it’s a little pricey, but it’s A great investment.

Exceptional service from both Rob R. and Earl's overall! Our family recently moved to NWI. In our new house we couldn't get our main floor above 54*, even with the heat set much higher. I understand it's the middle of winter in NWI, but still. Called Earl's to schedule an appointment. They called me back faster than I could get my calendar app open and confirmed our appointment. I love that they sent a picture of Rob R. when he was on the way. This adds a level of trust knowing who's coming and a personal touch to customer service (I've been in sales my entire career, I know the importance of good service). Rob R. was able to resolve our issue in a timely manner, but also took the time to teach me some things about my new-to-me system. Earl's earned a customer for life thanks to the team and Rob R.'s professionalism!

The staff at Earl’s is always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have 100% confidence in their ability to troubleshoot and solve our heating and air conditioning issues. I like that they send a picture of the technician prior to their coming into my home. The staff who answered my call this morning was also very kind and reassuring because I wasn’t sure what kind of visit I needed to schedule, and she made me feel like it would be taken care of. And it was. Same day repair - I like that they had all the products in stock. Rob-the technician I had today was wonderful, but I can say that they have all been wonderful in the years we’ve been loyal customers.
