First of all want to say I would recommend Comfort Aire. They were at my home within a few hours from my initial call to them. I did call a company that was here last year,, they called back a day after Comfort Aire already completed repair. Monique the Service Tech is knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem. She explained what and why She was doing so I felt informed at every step.
I called at 7:30 in the morning and explained that my furnace was out overnight and the house was 55°. I was told that they could send a tech at noon. 10 min. later I received a call telling me that someone would be there in 40 min. Monica showed up, a total professional and diagnosed and fix the issue within 30 min. 100% a 5 star business. Quality, workmanship and price. Thanks guys.
My furnace went out during the snowstorm over the weekend. Being a repeat customer I reached out to Comfort Aire. Ronier got back to me to schedule right away. From start to finish the furnace was repaired in 2.5 days. My family thanks you for your honesty and timely response during this stressful time 10/10 I recommend!!
Comfort Aire was the only company to call back in a timely manner after my furnace went out in the middle of the night!!! Ronier came out and serviced my home with the most thorough knowledge of what needed to be done to get my furnace back up and running! He was very helpful, professional, friendly and straightforward. The motherboard of my furnace was completely out. So no power going to the furnace and it was absolutely freezing here in Chicago and temperatures were dropping! I was worried about the temperature continuing to drop. And Ronier reassured me that he could get us back warm ASAP! And he did just that! Not many people I’ve encountered have ever given such great support. But Ronier made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. And also checked in to make sure everything was working properly.
