Reliable service! Very fair and competitive pricing and most items are free delivery and haul away which is a major advantage over other stores! They have their own repair and delivery services! Excellent Appliance Store I shopped there several times and give Five perfect stars! Store is well organized and carries wide variety of lines! Excellent local store! Better than Home Depot and Lowes etc
AJay Appliance was a pleasure to deal with. Big showroom. Salesman was very knowledgeable and explained all the features and steered me to just the right appliance for my needs. Price was fair and they were able to deliver & install just 2 days later! (in the wake of the great ice storm of 2026!) Domenic & Hunter installed and took away my old appliance, arrived on time and were experienced, polite & considerate. You'll never get service like this from the big box stores. I highly recommend!
The overall experience with AJAY Appliance was great. We were greeted by the owner/manager and he was quite knowledgeable about the products and the Dishwasher we wanted was the same price as Home Depot, however the combination of the delivery, installation, and taking the old one away was less expensive than Home Depot. In addition, the sales process was so quick and easy and we had our choice of days for delivery. Our delivery was smooth. The guys were friendly and they went out of their way to make a difficult installation work. I can’t say enough about our experience.
I recently purchased a GE Profile dishwasher from Ajay Appliance in Toms River and couldn't be happier with the experience. I got a great deal, the dishwasher arrived right on time, and the installation was quick and hassle-free. The delivery team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was installed cleanly and working perfectly before they left. The dishwasher itself has been great so far - very quiet and does an excellent job cleaning. Overall, this was an easy, stress-free purchase from a local business that clearly takes pride in their service. I would definitely recommend Ajay Appliance and would buy from them again.
I am delighted to receive products from AJAY Appliance in Toms River. It was time to update parts of my kitchen and Joe worked with me to choose the appliances I needed and loved. This is the first time I bought stainless steel..and love its elegance. New dishwasher has timer and cool features. New microwave and stove are excellent, again with new features that make it more enjoyable to use. I was able to take advantage of rebates offered and Joe shared that Ajays will submit the rebates. Delivery was smooth and professional. I was called the night before for delivery range and the day of delivery about half hour before they came. Best of all , I received specific answers and extreme courtesy throughout the process. A win win for me...product and people wise. Thank you Joe P. at Ajay and your staff!!!!!
