Very pleased with the service we have. Western Pest makes appointments for service but assures us that we don't have to be home if the work is only for the exterior of the home. That is unbelievably convenient. We have not seen any bugs or rodents. With the attention and service we receive we are confident it will stay that way.
Always use Western for their Professional Service and excellent coverage of my home both inside and out. Frank, technician is such a pleasure to deal with and does a thorough and PROFESSIONAL job always!
Western Pest has been amazing since we started using them a year ago. We have the monthly contract with them, and anytime we call for extra services they send Frank out within a day or so. Frank is GREAT! And the office staff is always pleasant and super accommodating. Would recommend this company to anyone!
Excellent service! Working with the western rep Matthew was great. He was thorough. He helped me come up with a plan. I need it. Then I called to schedule an appointment with Mary, who was very personable and sweet and efficient set me up for an appointment for which my tech showed up right on time. Did an excellent job in treating my house I highly recommend western.
I have been working with Western Pest for more than 20 years. I pay a (small) annual fee which is basically a retainer. They check our house quarterly and come to our house whenever needed. Whenever I call about a problem, Mary, who is both very friendly and professional, makes an appointment for a service call within 1 to 3 days. The services provided are fantastic and have included taking care of ants, carpenter bees, and even squirrels in the attic. They are the best.
