urgent issue and my normal group has changed alot about how they operate. I tried TR H&C and I am so pleased. They still have the human touch of service and someone was able to get here today and diagnose and fix my problem. I couldn't be happier and found my new go to for our heating and ac needs. We cannot thank Toms River Heating & Air enough for responding quickly, professionally and with excellence in their work, for a complete A/C replacement. The estimate and business process was simple and direct, made out of state payment easy, communicated well and promptly and were kind to the friend we were helping who was suffering in this heat. Crew manager and crew got the work done a day earlier than expected. Can't say enough good things about this company.
Toms River Heating & AC is the best. We were ripped off by others companies. They sent Shane he's amazing so knowledgeable and patient explained what the problem was and the savings benefit of a all season service contract. Ask for Shane when u call he's the best and straight up no BS!
I contacted Toms River Heating & Air today thinking they were my heating/cooling service provider. They were not, but they were so nice about it even when I doubled down and said maybe it's under my maiden name. The office staff put me on hold and checked again and when they quickly returned they were still very nice and I thank them for that! Thank you
