Thanks to Isaiah, Dru & Aaron for a very professional installation of our new complete Amana Heat Pump system. Their team was on time and stayed until they were sure we were fully informed on how to operate our new system. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and hauling off all the old equipment and trash. Great job, guys! Thanks to Gary & Jonathan for clesning all our ducts! Great job!
Aaron came out today to fix my heating unit. He did an absolute great job at listening to what’s gone on with the system, was knowledgeable, and very empathetic to what is happening with my home. He was very nice and helpful in getting the system running again! Truly appreciate your efforts and dedication to your craft sir! Thank you! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and definitely will be calling them again for any issue with the HVAC and heat pump.
Jordan Dixon is a fabulous tech. Very knowledgeable and always wonderful to work with and honest and trustworthy. Best customer service, and is straight to the point. I had to call AirServe for an emergency HVAC repair, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue accurately, and fixed exactly what was needed—nothing more, nothing less. What really stood out was their honesty. There was no pressure, no unnecessary recommendations, and absolutely no upselling. The technician clearly explained the problem, the solution, and the cost upfront, and the price was very reasonable for an emergency call. Professional, efficient, and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service, especially in a pinch.
Our old furnace broke and my husband found AireServ online. This happened Friday, the day after Thanksgiving and on Sat. AireServ had a repairman here. Our old furnace was over 25 years old and fixing was not worth it. So, on Sun., another guy came and spent several hours with us detailing everything we needed and giving us options. Then on Tuesday, Isaiah and Dru came, spent all day removing the old furnace and installing a new unit. We opted for a heat pump this time and it took longer to install, but they were excellent workers. They installed everything they needed to install and we were finally warm again. These guys were excellent, as were every single one who came here for one reason or another. Also the office ladies who called to schedule or I called with questions, were very helpful and excellent at scheduling quick service. Highly recommend AireServ.
