I can’t say enough good things about McIntyre Heating & Cooling. From the very first call, Cassandra was incredibly sweet, funny, and helpful. She managed to get a technician out to me the same day, only about two hours after I called, which honestly blew me away. Danny arrived right on time, was polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything. It turned out the issue wasn’t what I originally thought, and without any hassle, they scheduled another technician first thing the next morning. Coy showed up super on time (even though I was the one running late 😅) and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely reassuring. I strongly recommend McIntyre Heating & Cooling and will absolutely be calling them again soon to look at my home’s system. Thank you all for such outstanding service!

Update (Sept. 2024): A landscaping project necessitated that our HVAC compressor unit be disconnected, relocated and then reconnected. This was no small task as it required cutting the electrical and copper piping and decompressing the unit and then doing the same in reverse. This was a two man job and they coordinated it flawlessly. I swear by this company. They take care of you and do things right. Perry was our HVAC technician from McIntire HVAC today. He was competent, proactive and detail oriented. He explained everything as he was working, labeling our duct and dampers to maximize comfort in Winter and Summer. He made some minor fixes to our three year old unit to help avoid major issues down the road. Other companies may have ignored these things in order to generate more business. He meticulously cleaned our interior furnace and exterior unit checking to make sure the unit fell within the standard parameters. McIntire is based in Hagerstown and they cover the Frederick area. We saw their Ad at Warehouse Cinema and my husband loves to support local businesses. In addition, they are very reasonably priced at $69.95. I loved our experience and will be using McIntire HVAC for all future service needs!!
