Rented a two man gas auger with a 12-inch bit for a small deck project. It was an older well used piece of equipment but it had been well maintained and it worked great. It started right up every single time with only one pull on the cord. Let me also say that the rental cost can’t be beat, either. Definitely my go to place for small equipment rental!
Tell me who and what business has the right to call a customer a fraud!!! Max who claims he can do what he wants states he can refuse anyone service. You ate in the public buddy and you don't know the whole story. However you had no right calling anyone any name. Just remembered word of mouth is everything. And I'll be sure to let everyone know in Martinsburg how degraceful you are to those who walk into ur business.
I have always been satisfied with the work performed at this place. I have always had calls updating me on the progress of the work. I very rarely have ever had to wait longer than 2-3 days to get equipment back. Ricky, the shop mechanic, is very knowledgeable about his job. He will always explain the job he performed and what may have led up to the problem. Max, the new owner, does a good job of working with the customer and updating rental equipment.
We had them service our riding and push lawnmowers. The work was completed quickly and was very well done. The mowers run perfectly and the price was very reasonable.
