Having recently moved from NY to MD, we were looking for good, reliable service for our heating and A/C systems. We did not have any immediate problems but we wanted to have an established relationship in advance and make sure all was well maintained. Care came highly recommended so I gave a call. Mike answered and spent a good amount of time asking questions to understand our goals and systems. We were able to get a convenient appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Tom showed up (a little bit early which was great) as our technician. He thoroughly investigated each of our three different systems to make sure he understood them, educating me along the way. We ended up having one potentially serious issue — a safety feature of our A/C was not working. Tom had the parts we needed in his truck and expertly took care of the issue on the spot. He also catalogued all our equipment’s model /serial info so any Care tech coming knows what they are walking into. What a pleasure to have someone so professional, helpful, and friendly work in your home on the things you care about but can’t do on your own. I highly recommend Care. And I’ve already scheduled another appointment with them for a different issue.
