5 stars is not anywhere close to the professional and expert service I received from B&E. So I will give 100 stars. First phone call tells me if I will give them a chance to service me or not. And from what I was told the owners wife won our business. She was extra pleasant and very compassionate about our need. She guaranteed me service even though it was late evening and they kept their word. From here on out we've got a new HVAC system and couldn't be any happier. These people are not pushy and allow you to make your own decisions which I like. From here on out B&E will be our tech. Professional, Knowledgeable, Honest, communicate and explain so you understand, and everything you'd expect if your particular like we are. Would highly recommend B&E !!! Evan and Won did our install and we loved everything about them. A real asset to the company !!!
Would not recommend them. I sent an initial email to B&E describing the exact issue with our heating system and then I followed up several days later with a phone call again explaining the same thing. B&E then dispatched a tech for $80 to "diagnose" the issue. The tech arrived on time and was very polite and proceeded to check the a/c portion of the unit which was working properly. He stated that under the circumstances, which I had conveyed with B&E twice previously, he would not be able to diagnose the issue that I had reported about the heating equipment. He charged me the $80 dollars and stated that a sales person should come out and provide a quote for replacing the entire unit. I basically spent $80 and received no progress towards a resolution of the heating issue. Not very good customer service, but that wasn't due to anything that the tech had done. To him I was just another service call on his schedule. EDIT: I did not at any time ask for my a/c to be checked, only my heat ex-changer issue. My a/c was working fine with no issues. I mention the propane source had been removed in my initial inquiry prior to the technician being dispatched. I had sent an initial email to B&E and received a reply email back as well stating that I would be contacted shortly. On my follow up conversation concerning the results of the tech's visit no one was demeaned or berated. Because I was dissatisfied and did not agree with what the person was saying they disconnected the call. The facts stated in your response to my review are inaccurate and thus further validate the nature of my review. If the customer service aspect of B&E would have taken the time to listen and understand my initial request we may have been able to come to a more positive outcome. I will be pursuing replacement of my HVAC system and B&E missed a good opportunity to have a satisfied customer or at the very least to turn this misunderstanding around.
Excellent service! I was having an issue with my central air, we got hit with a heat wave when my system decided to have problems. I called B&E as they were the only company who offered to come out same day, evan was my tech and he was very polite, friendly and offered me lots of valuable information on my unit. Evan also gave me options on services which was very helpful! Thank you Evan!
