Airco Service

Update on Airco. Do not use them if you can keep from it. They have poor customer service and will only call you when they feel like it. If you ever have to order a part I wish you good luck in getting it. It has taken over 2 weeks to get my part in and I had to keep calling them to find out when it was in. When I asked why they didn’t give me updates when my heater part would be in the customer service lady said we don’t call our customers about that. Not very good customer service if you don’t update your customers when a part has been in n order for the weeks. I will never use them again for anything. Guess customer service doesn’t mean anything to them. Kind of hard to stay in business without customers.

Aaron was great! He explained everything so that I could understand and I did not feel he was trying to sell me something I did not need. He is very knowledgeable and even helped me with programmable thermostats. Feels good to have a technician I can trust! I'm going to use Auto (and Aaron) at my home as well!

After one repair attempt we get a notification at the end of November that are usage is up over 500%! The second guy they sent out it was fine and he was FINALLY able to figure out what went wrong during the installation. I had been heating and cooling my attic for 6 months...nice. I reached out to the local office to discuss the state of my utility bills. The office would not give me the contact information for the installers supervisor but said they would call me back. While somewhat dismissive of my issue, the rep that called from Airco said they would be in contact with me by email so I could send over some of the warnings my gas company had sent me. Airco even said on a former Google Review that SOMEONE WOULD BE IN TOUCH! Absolutely nothing… So after nearly 3 WEEKS of not hearing back from ANYONE at Airco I printed my bills and drove up to their office in Lowell, AR to see if ANYONE from Airco would be willing to speak to me about my issue. I did not believe this was a mistake that I should be responsible for and I wasn’t left much choice. I left my bills with them and we came to a number to solve the issue. I can’t believe it took all that to get my system working properly and to be made whole. Two burned vacation days, the unknown wear on our system from 6 months of short-cycling, hour and a half round trip to Lowell, plus all this hassle just to get back to what I lost on bills. Ridiculous. I’m fairly confident that had I not pursued this I would never had heard from them again. They’ve extended our warranty and service plan due to the issues with our install but we are likely going to have another company come out (at our expense) to double check this installation for errors.

Excellent service, fast and prompt response. Highly recommend this company. The team member that assisted us knew exactly what to do to fix our heater and just in time before the 1st snow fall! So grateful for their customer service.

Great customer service from our guy that came to help fix our broken heater! Lucas was wonderful, he helped with questions and concerns we had when it came to trying to get our heater fixed in a timely manner for our new baby. Thank you Lucas, great guy and service!
