When I was called to schedule today’s visit, I had asked for 2p or later. I was going to be and husband that just had back surgery would be alone until I got back and I didn’t want him to worry about the visit. Alex did text me, said that he was at another house on our street and would it be ok for him to come by when he was done. I happened to be at home since I was not feeling well, I said,sure. I asked him to not knock and stir up the dogs, we spray the exterior only and asked him to text me when he was done. I appreciate the courtesy that was shown and the professionalism that Alexis shows each and every time that he is here.

We have been using West Termite for 10 years now. Very happy with the program and the annual inspection process. I would add that I think the program is fairly priced and that the inspection technicians that have visited our home have all been very professional, polite, and respectful of our home. I would expect this to be the kind of service offered to all of West Termite's customers. Highly recommended!

Iban provided a wonderful experience. He was friendly, polite and efficient. My husband was delayed getting home for the appointment and Iban took care of the outside while waiting. He didn’t act annoyed or put out. Highly recommend him.
