Hansen Plumbing Pro

Hired this contractor to replace old pipes under our house. The contractor preformed sloppy work, did little to mitigate his mess, left before his crew had finished and did not finish all required work. He also decided to try to add an additional 15% to his fee because of "unforeseen circumstances ". This guy seems like a pro but he's just out to make a quick buck with incomplete work. Save yourself the trouble and pick another contractor. Paid for all new pipes, left some old stuff in the wall, see attached photos.

Very strange experience - submitted an inquiry online and received a call within 15 minutes, he asked me to text him the address and was told he’d come to my house within the hour. Waited around then received ‘sorry can’t make it’ and ‘sorry can’t help you’ with no explanation. When I asked for clarity, he asked if I had the wrong number but then acknowledged we spoke when I sent screenshot. Very weird, I would be hesitant to rely on this company. This text is the extent of our entire communication after a quick phone call.

I was referred to Hansen by a family member who has used them several times. I called them to fix a leak stemming from a frozen water spigot. They were super responsive, even given the busy holiday season. Cody was professional, efficient, and transparent about the necessary repairs/costing. They also provide a 1-year warranty which is a huge plus.
