Update: In response to the company's explanation, I find it hard to believe that my data transfer job was as complex as described. Interestingly, I was able to complete the task on my own after purchasing a secondary PC. It appears that the company's claim of trying various platforms and the process taking multiple hours might be an attempt to cover up their deceit in providing the service for which they were paid. The lack of honesty and integrity is appalling and I have zero trust in Razorback Computers providing any services in the future. I urge potential customers to exercise caution and take my experience into account before considering their services. My recent experience with Razorback Computers was nothing short of a disaster. I enlisted their data transfer service, and the results were abysmal. Despite charging a hefty fee, the job was not done at all. The incompetence displayed by the staff during this process was astonishing. They seemed clueless about handling data transfers and, to make matters worse, charged me the full price for a service that was clearly not completed to standard. The lack of accountability and the audacity to charge for a botched job is simply unacceptable. Save your time and money - avoid Razorback for any data-related services. They are clearly not up to the task.
