Wayne and Jessie were very polite and helpful with our broken tv! They tried very hard to fix it and were friendly. They helped us work with the tv company regarding our warranty. Highly recommend!

We have an outdoor TV that is over 5 years old that I thought was completely shot. I got in contact with Wayne who offered to take a look at it to see if he could fix it. He was able to diagnose the problem and get the replacement part from the manufacturer and saved us close to $3000 by not having to replace the TV. He can work on any appliance in the house and we have already scheduled maintenance/cleaning on our dishwasher drain and washing machine!

Wayne was amazing. The same day that I filed a warranty repair for my TV Wayne called me and has the best bedside manner. He was upfront and transparent from the first phone call to the completion of the job. As soon as I got notified the part had been delivered to the technician he was calling to schedule a time to repair. Definitely two thumbs up and he does business the way it should be with reliability and smile.
