Computer Repair - Your Computer Guy

Anyone's looking for this business, looks closed. Google needs to update there business hours....... Went by there today and it looks like it was permanently closed. Counters were gone, boxes were still everywhere and no lights on. Just a compete mess. If they moved, please post where they moved to!?!? EDIT: This post was in error. I could not find the business. That's on me. I'm sure you have a great business. I need some work done on a laptop, that's why I was trying to get in contact with your business. I apologize. For anyone reading this, they are still there and open. I must have been at the wedding address.

They fixed my computer up great, but upon physical inspection of the computer it seems that there were a bunch of scuffs and a part of the case that had been damaged. When confronted, they let me know that they couldn't do anything because I couldn't prove that it wasn't like that. Will never come here again. Edit: They were quick to call me and offer compensation to try to make it right. The case is definitely dinged up, but not unusable. More care should be taken in the future to ensure that pictures of devices left in their care are taken care of properly, but they did make an attempt to reach out and make it right with monetary compensation. I've given them back a star due to this, but would still not return.
