I would like to thank United Restorations and Mr. Rance Ruiz for the amazing job he and his team did on fixing my house. This is not the first time I have had to call Rance for help on repairs to my home. I sustained significant water damage over a year ago that affected multiple rooms. Since the damage was so extensive I decided to renovation along with repairs. My house decided to have many hidden problems that Rance and his team had to work through and overcome. The worst was discovering that the builder of the house had put in undersized support beams that caused the sinking of the floor for half my kitchen after the new floor, cabinets, and countertops had been installed. This added to the issue of the tile that we had been gotten from Florida Tile had been faulty/warped. This meant that everything had to be removed to have the crawl repaired/supported appropriately for the new kitchen layout and a new floor to be put down. The new cabinets and countertops removed and the new floor removed. Florida Tile was wonderful in replacing the tile for free since the tile itself was faulty too. United Restoration also didn't charge full price for the repairs on this issue, which I am extremely grateful for. Also while dealing with the repairs from the water damage Rance was willing to help update some of my bathrooms to help make it easier for certain members of my family. He also took on another project of separate water damage to the entryway of my home. While I hope my house will have no issues in the future I know that if it does I will be reaching out to Rance. He has always made sure that the job is complete and that I as the home owner am happy with the job. I will always recommend him to anyone in the area that needs repairs.

I just want to thank United Restoration for the amazing repairs they completed on my home after significant water damage. The Project Manager Coy was extremely professional, approachable, attentive and passionate about his job. Hands down the best in Hampton Roads! His communication throughout this process was outstanding and it gave my family and I the comfort and confidence that this project would be a success. The entire staff was awesome and left a lasting positive impression. We would not hesitate to call on United Restoration for any future repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services. Our house is a home again! Job well done!

He was always there to answer all of the calls and requests for changes along the way of this project. We love our new shower stepping into that space is like walking into a 5 five star resort.
