First and foremost Precision Garage Door (PGD) Technician Adam Trout was Outstanding! Adam arrived at the scheduled time and after a brief introduction, followed me into the garage. He informed me what the initial process would be and proceeded with his multiple point inspection. Upon completion he diagnosed the problem correctly as I also had the same expectation based on a similar situation 13 yrs ago at another home. Beautiful—I couldn’t be happier with my new garage door!!! Sam was absolutely fantastic to work with and listened to what I was looking for. My door required a custom size and Precision designed and installed exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend using Precision for your next garage door.
