I needed repairs on a door they previously installed. The response time was quick & the service was fast & complete. The technician, Jamal, was extremely nice & very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with this company once again.
Our technician Brent and his son were absolutely amazing! Our garage door being older needed many new parts. Brent arrived promptly and gave us a few estimates. I truly did not expect the door to be fixed on the spot just an hour later. Brent and his son were both extremely personable and knowledgeable. Brent even gave advice on what may need replacement next.
This was our second time using Precision, both experiences have been very positive. Recently we had an appointment with Chris who came, conducted a thorough inspection, identified the issue, and proposed a few options. I will mention, that this is, in part a sales call. Upgrades were highly recommended. However, Chris listened to me, heard I wasn’t looking for the Taj Mahal of garage lifts and maintained focus on my need. He fairly priced the service, reviewed the contract with me, and that price never changed (ie. They didn’t start the work and find “one more thing”.) Our technician, George, was there immediately. George was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It was a Friday and he had a lot of work to get done. I appreciate how he took his time to do the job right, explained the new motor/systems to us, programmed everything, and took the time to answer questions. I found Precision to be very flexible to work with, pricing was clear and the service was completed with high professionalism. I like that Precision values customer service and satisfaction. Those companies are the ones I’m most likely to work with again in the future.
My garage door spring broke and I needed to get it repaired quickly. Precision came out On New Year’s Day. Bobby was the best technician. He took his time explaining everything, gave me options to repair the door and went above my Expectation. This is my second time using their service and I am very pleased and would recommend their services!
I am writing this review to report the actions of whoever was driving vehicle #6 on the morning of 10/24/25 at around 7am. From MD-100 to 95S, I witnessed them tailgate multiple cars, dangerously switch lanes constantly to get around others, and cut across 3 lanes of traffic so fast after the offramp (pictured above) to the point where they had to readjust multiple times just so not to tip over or have the ladders fall off. How your drivers presents themselves on the road makes me wonder how they treat your customers and reflect into their work you do for them. Be better.
