Very customer friendly company and will go above and beyond to help with the any issues. Lucas Lamond was very friendly and willing to teach me how to change filter myself and provided us with the necessary wrench. Highly recommend this company.

Advanced Water Treatment installed a new Evolve water softener and brine tank. Wonderful service. Brion Perry came out and tested our water. Our old softener could no longer provide adequate treated water. Brion set us up for the correct size of Evolve softener for the size of our water requirements. An appointment was set up, and Steve Rau came out to install our new softener. Both Steve, and Brion were professional, knew their jobs well, and we couldn’t ask for any better service. Two weeks later Brion returned for a check of the softener, test our water, and went over any questions I had on its operation. Certainly 5.0 service! Advanced Water Treatment is Top of The Line. In quality water service, knowledge, and their employees. Wayne Sorenson

Advanced Water Treatment is selling decent water softeners, but every single work done by them was troubling. 1. Salt built up in 3D shapes around the softener because their technician put a short drain line when the softener was installed. I had to pay for this fixing work. Picture attached. 2. Water marks after their technician "fixed" the drain line issue. Noticing water marks after the technician's work, I checked the softener settings and saw the standard display, 20 gpg, when we have very hard water. I asked for the initial settings to go back to normal, but I received none. Picture attached. Additionally, their delayed and questionable communication is the cherry on top. All in all, a big NO.
