We ordered filters and asked for service on our water dispenser. The service man was polite and very helpful. He cleaned our water dispenser and did install the filters in a professional way.

Karen Moore is outstanding in her knowledge and experience in water quality. She also provides excellent service, most recently coming to our house on a weekend for a semi-urgent evaluation of our system. She is also very personable and it is always a pleasure to work with her!

It's hard to impress me with customer service these days but Karen Moore really blew me away. Not only was she a wealth of information, communicative and on time, she fixed my Kinetico system instead of selling me something I didn't need. The Kinetico service person didn't even look at my equipment and tried to sell me an expensive unit. I am so impressed with Karen and will definitely call her when I do need new equipment. My neighbor highly recommended Culligan and now I know why. Thank you Karen!

Absolutely worth every penny! When you factor in how much you already spend on bottled water, this system pays for itself—if not saves you more. Plus, the free yearly filter replacement is a huge bonus you just can’t beat. If you’re someone who regularly buys bottled water, I highly recommend making the switch. You won’t regret it. The staff is top-notch, the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, and the service overall has been nothing short of amazing.
