As individual who lives in Grand Blanc but works in Florida which makes my life somewhat challenging I especially need my heat to be working properly at all times during the harsh winter months. Adkisson Air is the #1 heating and cooling service in the area and probably in the State of Michigan. Joann is best for keeping track and notifying me of my account when something is wrong. The calls, texts, and emails reminding me of my appointment is awesome when your schedule is busy and hectic. The technicians are always friendly and kind with knowledgeable information when you have questions or concerns. They’re on time and information is provided when they are on their way with photo of the person you should expect to arrive at your door which is needed with the world we live in. They have been servicing my heating and cooling appliances for about 18 years. That should speak volume regarding their performance and dedication to their customers.
