For my first time going to a tech department I can safely say I have found my go to computer gal. Denise, who is not only the sweetest, she helped me fix my gaming PC not just with quality but she was so fast. As someone who does not know a whole lot about PCs (not yet) she helped me understand the issue with my PC without making me feel, for lack of a better word, stupid. Not only that she helped me find a part that fit my needs and budget. Thank you again so very much Denise. Thank you for being the tech guru I needed. Forget 5 stars forget 10 stars, I give you 100 stars. If you have tech issues, this is the place to go!

Many thanks to Denise for her expertise with repairing our laptop the SAME day we brought it in! This was after the service tech at the big box store where we purchased our two-year-old Dell laptop advised us they would have to send it out for repair, it would most likely cost $500 or more, and it could take four weeks to get it back. We decided to seek a second opinion, searched local computer repair companies and chose Triple D Computers. Denise is knowledgeable, a delight to work with and has very fair repair costs. We now have our go-to place for any future computer services and highly recommend this local company!

I took my laptop to Triple D computers for an issue with my antivirus. Denise recommended and installed a new antivirus program and cleaned up my laptop, making it run much more smoothly. She does excellent work at a very reasonable price, and completed the work the same afternoon. I highly recommend Triple D Computers!

I had a very odd problem with my computer, a C drive that couldn't be removed because of some setting that was fusing it with another drive. Not only did they solve my problem flawlessly, but they also saved all the important information from other applications connected to that drive, like passwords and bookmarks for Firefox. Did a great job, went out of their way to satisfy extra concerns i had, were timely and at the end of it all charged me less than i thought it was worth.
