Goyette Mechanical Co

One of goyette's employees in their company van getting on west bound 69 this morning cut me off nearly causing an accident and then forced me out of my lane when I tried to get around him nearly hitting me i called the company to report him but I was to busy trying to stay alive to get the vehicles license plate and I didn't see any other identification numbers anywhere else. If these are the kind of people Goyette employs I'm pretty sure i wouldn't want them in my house.

Unfortunately I needed to amend my review here. I have used them in the past to keep up on maintenance on my HVAC system but will not anymore. I bought my house with a new system from them, which included a lifetime free filter replacement. Things were signed over from the original homeowners and I have been getting my filters replaced for FIFTEEN YEARS and now suddenly they will not honor it anymore. I've tried to speak to a higher up and have left messages with the receptionist (who I think is great btw) and still have received no call or message back. If they won't honor their own program, I don't trust them to do work for me anymore.

We called Goyette bc we smelled a burning rubber odor coming from our vents. The technician came said nothing showed up diagnostically speaking. He changed the filter with a filter we had already... Charged $325... And said everything checked out ok. 2 hours later I noticed it was chilly in here... The furnace quit working. We called Goyette the next day and was told the tech didnt find anything and this is a new issue. And all fees would apply and the labor increases significantly bc it's Sunday. Very disappointed. Do not recommend
