Glenn's Tile and Carpet

I've visited this store a couple 3 or more times within the last 2 years. The customer service person (the owner?) is not helpful. Basically, you have to suggest things yourself and what she suggests is nothing what you want. There was nobody in this store. She kept saying "this is discontinued". So why is it still in view of customers? And, the outside of this building is horrible! Look at it if you visit. I know it's been around for a while, but it used to be nice years ago. Not anymore. Poor customer service and my recommendation is - go somewhere else!

Was not happy with the customer service. two days to get an email response to a simple question. quoted me a price on a quartz remnant. when I asked about a dark line, then they wanted me to drive to ohio to look at it and when I said long as its not a crack I will take it. they refused to sell it to me. then I said well lets look at something else. She said I really don't think we have anything in your budget and did not want to help me. budgets are a starting point. ended up going over my budget elsewhere but she didn't want to be bothered helping me is how she made me feel. I felt like pretty woman. "I really don't think we have anything here for you mam"
