ABC Disposal Service LLC

Instead of stopping and letting me bring my trash to them this morning they just sped by, I sat there yelling at them no way they couldn't have heard me. Came much earlier than usual and I was literally standing outside with my trash cans in the road and was even willing to take them down to them. Customer service acted like it was all my fault. Granted I couldve put it out the night before but we also have neighborhood animals that keep knocking my trash over so I have to take it out each morning. This is a paid service, increased all of our rates, and can't do any late pickup if you miss them even by 15 seconds.

This company was very unprofessional to wife when my wife had to go to their location after trying to call them for nearly a month to pay our bill. They never answer the phone and told my wife that it would be over $100 to reinstate our services even though it’s their fault that they didn’t answer their phone. How can we pay our bill on time when this company don’t answer their phone? Trash customer service is their moto I guess!
