Had septic tank pumped, then had a clog because it was so full, they work 4 hours one day and then came back and worked 2 more hours the following day. Only charged for the emptying septic, should have been 2 times as much. Also be honest with them if something comes up, had family emergency, and I kept in touch with the owner about payment, he was very polite and understanding. I want it known though if you need your septic tank pumped have your money in hand to pay, that is every hard and dirty work, but if something comes up unforseen, if the can help they will. They treat you like Family. Thank you again

Best prices in town! Johnny and Rick came out to my place I was having issues with my septic and they kept pulling out items and things to try until they found the issue and resolved it 100%! They both busted her butts and worked very hard for hours. They emptied my septic and they explained to me where the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. They have best prices, best service, best customer interactions & overall very genuine, kind & have the most effective experience ive seen. Sense i moved into my house 4 years ago ive had issues and other plumbers look at the same problem and they just put a bandaid on it never truly got to root cause like Reeds did.
