We had major water damage to our kitchen seeping into alot of the rooms. Our insurance stepped in and took awesome care of our loss. We hired Servpro for the cleanup. I was so impressed with the amazing team they sent. After cleanup we used Kraig Arthur and his team to make it look like it never even happened. Thank you all!
Best Restoration company around! The entire process from start to finish was well above expectations. From messaging with Allie to set everything up, to having Matt out for estimate, all the way to Justin and Lucas doing the actual work we were very pleased. Great group of ppl!
ServPro was fantastic to work with. Sean was our primary contact during the entire process and we could not have asked for more. He was extremely thorough and detail oriented and provided excellent communication. Sean helped us identify the causes of the complicated situation we were encountering at our office and gave us an effective and timely solution. We would recommend ServPro to anyone in need of clean-up/restoration services. **Update: We used ServPro again for the reconstruction phase of our project and were very happy we did. We worked with Kraig who helped develop a reasonable cost-effective estimate based on our unique situation and he organized the project through to completion. Similar to our cleanup phase experience with them, ServPro once again did not disappoint. Kraig was easy to get a hold of and was very detailed in his responses to my questions and quickly addressed any concerns that arose. I would not hesitate to use them again.
ServPro is an absolute must in a crisis situation. Our basement flooded earlier in the year, they were at our house within an hour to start the drying out process. We primarily worked with Steven, Lucas and Barry but the whole team was extremely professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work. I can’t say enough great things about ServPro and their employees.
