I am literally in tears right now from The amazing service that was given to me! I just started a new job after being out of work and had to buy expensive work boots and after hearing that in conversation with the manager Jennifer she stepped in line to the register and said she was going to help me out without even asking gave me a discount on my boots. You have no idea what this means to me and how much this helps me out. Thank you Jennifer for being so kind. May God bless you for the kindness you've shown me!

You know, it's not too often that you run into consistency of stock on hand, friendly service and customer care. Bomgaars - Columbus is just that store. Stopped by one day to buy a couple items and saw something else they were selling. We already own one ( and have had it for years ), but wanted a second one to, well, double our needs. Didn't want the "fingered and touched" floor model, so wound up talking to Forrest, who got things rolling real quick. Within a couple weeks, it was there at the store and we drove in to pick it up. Whenever we need, or want something, from a Bomgaars location,we drive from our home in Albion to the Columbus location. Always friendly, knowledgeable and into customer service. Boils down to quality employees and reflection of management.

Walked in this evening for a battery for my wife's car. At the checkout I was helped by a young man named Gabe. As I'm gathering my payment, he took the time to mark the year/date bubbles That's the type of people I appreciate in this world. I commend him for his integrity and his thoughtful nature. Most don't offer to do something for anyone without the mindset of how do they benefit from it. But I'm from a generation long ago.
