ABC Appliance repair

The person who texts to “schedule appointment” is the most unprofessional person I have ever had a conversation with. Save your time and find someone else EDIT - your response is filled with lies .. We did not have a scheduled time with you EVER, you never asked what times we were available. You texted saying you could come between 2-4 and we nicely said that time only worked if you came at 4 or after. When you said you couldn’t guarantee that we said another day when you could come in the morning or after 4 that would be best. You said last call was 3-5 so we thought 4 would be fine. Please don’t lie and say we tried to dictate the schedule time because that is not true. I’ve attached proof to your allegations. Thanks.

Dason from ABC Appliance came out today to look at my washer to determine why it was leaking. He listened to my concerns and was able to diagnose the problems. (Something the prior repair guy couldn't find) Dason took his time and the parts have been ordered. I highly recommend Dason from ABC Appliance. He is an awesome young man.

"Absolutely Bad at Components" - clueless about appliance parts. They should just rename themselves to this, because it perfectly describes their service. We had them sent out to work on our fridge through our warranty program, and it was a complete disaster. They came four times, and the fridge is still not working. Each visit, they showed up without tools or testing equipment, and their "troubleshooting" was just guessing-wrong every single time. The original ticket was submitted on July 20, and as of August 27, the fridge is still broken. After the fourth visit, they told the warranty company the issue was "out of their wheelhouse" and that they couldn't troubleshoot any further due to lack of knowledge. If that's true, why even come out at all? On top of that, they were completely unprofessional: • Never returned calls • Parked in the driveway, blocking anyone from coming or going • No uniforms or logos on their vehicles • Looked unprofessional in every way I would not recommend ABC Appliance Repair to anyone.
