I own a restaurant in Eureka Springs. I cannot say enough good things about AJ’s Restaurant Repair. After dealing with a frustrating and expensive runaround, I finally found the company that actually knows what they are doing and stands behind their work. I had five other companies come out and try to fix my walk in condensing unit, and every one of them missed the real issue. I was getting different guesses, temporary patches, and repeat problems that never truly went away. AJ’s Restaurant Repair was the only team that took the time to properly diagnose what was happening, find the actual problem, and fix it the right way. What really impre... AJ’s Restaurant Repair was the only team that took the time to properly diagnose what was happening, find the actual problem, and fix it the right way. What really impressed me was how responsive they were when I had an urgent situation. My unit started to short cycle and I knew I could not risk losing product or having downtime. I called them expecting to wait several days like I had with other companies, but they worked me into the schedule and fit me in the very next day. That kind of service is rare, especially when you are dealing with critical restaurant equipment that cannot be left hanging. They showed up, got straight to work, and handled the issue quickly and professionally. I also want to give credit where it is due because this company clearly has a strong team. Tyler helped me with a frosting problem I was dealing with, and the fix made an immediate difference. AJ took care of my short cycling problem and explained what was going on in a way that made sense, which I appreciated because it showed they were not just swapping parts and hoping for the best. They actually understand the equipment and they care about getting it right. Mark, the owner, is hands down the most knowledgeable person I have ever come across when it comes to restaurant repair needs. You can tell he has deep experience and takes pride in doing things correctly. He is the kind of person you trust immediately because he is direct, honest, and clearly knows how to solve problems that other companies either overlook or do not understand. That level of expertise is priceless when your business depends on your equipment working properly. Another huge plus is that AJ’s Restaurant Repair does all restaurant repair work, so you are not limited to just one type of service. If you need professional people who show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, and actually fix the problem instead of guessing, this is the company to call. Thank goodness AJ’s Restaurant Repair is here in the NWA area. They saved me time, money, and a ton of stress. Five stars all the way, and I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs reliable restaurant equipment repair.

AJ's worked on a pharmaceutical refrigerator for my business that had quit working just after the 1 year warranty expired. The refrigerator cost us $7K. The company we purchased from (not AJ's) was less than helpful and basically told me they that while their name was on the fridge, it was a white label and they didn't produce it and couldn't help. They weren't willing to give me contact information for the manufacturer because it was "proprietary" so I had to find that out for myself. When I contacted the manufacturer, they were extremely difficult to work with. AJs staff understood that a pharmacy down a medical refrigerator is an urgent s...
