AVOID. If you happen to sell your home while they have you "under contract" you will be out of luck. They will continue to bill you even if you no longer need the service. Also, when they're trying to sell you they make it sound like everything will be so easy if you ever need to get out of the contract, what they don't tell you about is the $250 + fee that you will pay for early termination. I learned a big lesson with this company, I will never do business with it again.

DO NOT USE RUMBLE PEST CONTROL! EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES, YOU MUST SIGN A CONTRACT AND IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, IT WILL ALMOST TAKE AN ACT OF CONGRESS TO GET OUT OF IT. DON'T BUY IN TO THEIR "DISCOUNT OFFER"! They are nothing but a scam. Door to door salesperson are just college kids they hire to sign up new clients. They will lie to you to get you to sign up. Their customer service personnel are NOT there to help you, they just want to make sure the company gets their money. Technicians were very nice when they came to service my yard and treat fire ants. But customer service was hard to get ahold of, condescending, uncaring, won't take accountability for any of their actions (lying salespersons, misleading about contact, outrageous prices). My advice, use another BBB rated company. Do your research on pest control. There are better and less expensive companies out there that DON'T require a contract.
