Rodney took in my barn find 1970 impala. I wanted more power to have some fun while keeping the drivability of the column 3-speed. To say their were issues with the original motor would have been an understatement. Rodney took it as a challenge, excelled, and came up with new ideas and other choices to achieve and hit our intended target; when other mechanics would have delayed, made excuses, or quite the project. This shop under his leadership always have shown to go above and beyond, with timely service and great attention to detail.

A CARE AUTO. In Stockton CA 1102 W Fremont St This is a BAD MECHANICAL SHOP!!!*** DO NOT USE HIM !!!! **RODNEY the owner is arrogant and has no regards for others. He was my mechanic for years. He seems nice, be careful He will use the wrong parts for the repair. The catalytic converter got stolen from my vehicle while the car was in his shop. The car kept having problems I kept going to him. I took the car to another shop for an alignment. I found out that the catalytic he used was not allowed in California. Wrong part, bad installation, the catalytic is low to the ground. He told me, he didn’t want to fix it. All he cares is about money.

I took my car in for service and was helped right away. The service was completed professionally, at a reasonable rate and in a timely manner. I was also told about other things that could be serviced in the future to extend the life of the vehicle. I received great service and will return in the future.

My front license plate bracket had fallen off, so I brought my car here just hoping they could help reinstall it. They fixed it right away, no waiting at all. Since this is my first car, I also asked where I should add the windshield washer fluid. They didn’t just tell me — they filled it up for me for free. And they helped remove a small scrape on the front side of my car too, also free. I’m an international student here, so I really appreciate how gentle and thoughtful they were throughout the whole process. It made me feel very taken care of in a new place. If I could give 50 stars, I would. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much to this location for the help during our road trip! We had an issue with a front part of our vehicle coming off and googled the nearest mechanic and were lucky enough to stumble across this location. After explaining our situation, the gentleman at the front got to work immediately and was able to remove the part that was scraping on the floor and tie up loose ends in the car to make sure some parts held steady on our way home. Amazing customer service!
