If you need a reliable, honest, up front, no joke mechanics, Familia Automotive are your guys! I have been entrusting Klent and his crew with my cars for a while now and they always did an outstanding performance. Just took my son’s Type R in for exhaust noise. Issue was resolved pretty quickly. These guys are amazing! I wouldn’t trust anyone but Familia Automotive to work on all my cars. They truly treat you like family!

I’ve brought multiple vehicles to Familia Automotive over time, and every experience has been excellent. The work is consistently high-quality, fairly priced, and—most importantly—honest. They take the time to explain what’s needed and never try to upsell or pressure you. Customer service is outstanding, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but Familia Automotive has earned mine. Highly recommend.

I was looking for an honest mechanic on Google and came across Familia Automotive. After reading the reviews, I decided to go there, and I’m so glad I did. I met Klent, who was very honest and communicated everything clearly. As a woman coming in alone, he made me feel very comfortable. My car was having a few issues, and thanks to a cancellation, everything I needed done was completed the same day. They did an amazing job. Thank you to Klent and his crew!

(Attached pic shows awesome cleaning job the owner did under the hood on my 2007 Highlander: every engine part was covered in black oil residue or dirt from years of driving.
