Family owned and operated business!! The entire staff is so friendly, understanding & great at communicating. Lobby is also clean & comfortable with drinks and snacks while you wait. Shout out to Bryan who was incredible. You guys did an excellent job and really helped me out. Even as a walk in client!
Great experience. Bryan got to my car as quickly as his team could and he provided me with updates over the phone as they fixed the issues. He was genuine and personable with me and I’d recommend anyone to come here. Got my car back about a week ago and it’s been running perfectly
Our car broke down (alternator) in Stockton on a trip up from SF, and thankfully found Family Motors to help fix up our Mazda. Danny was very helpful, honest, and straightforward with the process! As an unexpected bonus, Danny also offered to drive our car down to SF which gave him a chance to visit his family in the Bay Area. Bottom line, Family Motors is top notch.
After calling for a quote, I stopped by for a break inspection. I appreciated that they were able to fit me into their schedule at a reasonable price & with a quick turn around time. Thank goodness this place is open on Saturday! I got incredibly lucky as a walk in client, so I would definitely recommend booking an appointment 😎
Family Motors has worked on 3 of my cars in the past 4 months, and every time they’ve done an excellent job. I’m hard to please when it comes to customer service, but they’ve earned my trust with their honesty and reliable work at a fair price. Definitely my go-to shop in Stockton!
