I’ve been coming to Taylor Automotive for years now, and I can honestly say they’ve earned my loyalty a hundred times over. Before finding Bob and his team, I had my fair share of bad experiences with other shops. I'm talking overpriced jobs, sloppy work, and that sinking feeling that I was being taken advantage of. Those experiences made me a bit paranoid and cautious when it came to trusting anyone with my car. From day one, Bob’s crew proved themselves different. Taylor Automotive's prices are always fair and reasonable, their work is done quickly without cutting corners, and they treat you like a person. Bob will tell you how it is with unbridled honesty! Even in moments when my past experiences made me overly suspicious, Bob never brushed me off (and trust me, I'm a feisty customer with bad some paranoia!) Bob took the time to explain what was going on, answered my questions with patience and grace, and showed me exactly what they were doing with my vehicle. That kind of transparency and mutual respect is rare in this industry. Year after year, job after job, they’ve delivered. I can walk into the shop knowing my car is in good hands and that I’ll be treated with honesty. Sorry for being a pain in the butt, Bob. Just know, I'll keep comin' back for your guys' great work.
