Phenomenal service!!! I hit a large chunk of metal on the Crosstown in Stockton on Christmas Eve, completely destroyed not only my tire but broke two tie rods and damaged my axle. AAA suggested Den’s Auto Repair who were open and I am extremely glad I took their suggestion. Loch and his staff were amazing, they were able to order parts, repair/replace the damaged equipment, have an alignment done, and it only took a couple days. I felt that considering the parts and effort I was charged a fair, affordable price and I’d definitely recommend anyone to this establishment. On top of everything else Loch really seems to be a great, friendly guy, he even gave me a ride over to Enterprise so I could get a rental car! Top notch service!!!

My experience in the Fall of 2024 with Loch at Den's Auto Repair is first and foremost he is a person of great integrity and a big heart towards anyone who has the fortune to meet him. Matching that is his skill and knowledge of his trade. I learned all of this of Loch within an hour of him answering my call of an engine failure shortly after the shop had closed. He remained at the shop waiting for the tow truck to arrive with me, my family and car. I explained we were in a bind, 750 miles from home, and needing to be at our destination another 250 miles away the next day. He immediately set about diagnosing the cause of the engine failure while showing and explaining to me each step he took. I knew enough from my younger days of doing some engine maintenance to understand that what he showed me meant a blown head gasket and cracked engine and a repair that could not be completed in time to put us back on the road within a day. By Loch understanding our predicament, he showed an immense amount of kindness in staying after hours to look at the car. His quick and expert diagnosis made our decision easy to leave the car in his good hands for repair and rent another. When I returned to the shop after the repairs were completed Loch explained to me what had been done while showing me the restored engine. Seeing me off he gave me a couple of cold bottles of water for what turned out to be a long and smooth road trip home!
