I had an amazing experience at 1 Pit Stop Laptops (1/19/23). I'm new to the area and called a couple weeks ago--mid-week--as a student whose laptop would not turn on. (This was due to a buildup of dust and pet hair in the cooling system.) I had assignments due imminently and was stressing about how long it would take to get the laptop fixed, and I was concerned about the high price I thought a servicing would cost. I am so thankful to have chosen the right place. Russell answered the phone the first time I called, and he was able to get the laptop in that very afternoon. And, not only did he provide a consultation that afternoon, but he was able to perform a full cleaning and servicing. I found the pricing to be fair for the service, and Russell's customer service was the best I have experienced. He was very polite and caring in addition to providing fantastic, lasting service for my laptop. I cannot thank Russell enough for his quality service with my laptop and in his customer service. I highly recommend 1 Pit Stop Laptops and will certainly be taking my laptop here in the future.
