Perfect experience! Boris was incredible to work with over the course of transferring data from my old MacBook to my new MacBook, and helping me to understand my Apple account better. He was so kind to assist me with getting what I needed as I ordered external hard-drives and experienced delays & unavailable products during my search. He was very helpful as we worked through transferring all my data, and organized it into folders that I can easily access. He was very patient and efficient as we worked together, explaining what we were doing and how I can work independently after our session. He also set up my new MacBook with cyber security and made sure my Apple account was seamless between my MacBook and iPhone. I cannot recommend Boris enough as he genuinely changed the back-up, organization, and safety of my “digital life” and helped me to accomplish a very daunting task I neglected for years! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
