I picked my computer up and my screen was cracked they never turned on the desktop to allow me to see the work done to make sure everything was workingfine beforeI left .... got home plugged it in and my screen was cracked...the nerve of these companies and to damage my property and not have any remorse...bad 👎
I walked in cold turkey asked for RB 174 coaxial cable. Technician interpreted my layman description of requirements an purpose for the cabling. They didn't have exact cable but dug through their storage area an provided me with 2 different cables to experiment with. Thank You Responce Computer, I'm able to complete my project today instead of ordering online an waiting shipment!
Above and Beyond! They listened to the problem I was having, answered my questions, and fixed my issue quickly and all for a very reasonable price. Hopefully I won't have any more computer troubles but if I do I know where I'm going!
