My bill doubled with no warning. When I called they kept repeating my promotion had ended. I have been with this company almost 13 years. I didn't change anything. They admitted it was their fault. The people were very unhelpful that I reached out to via the 1800 number and computer chat. To top it off I've lost service more in the last few months than ever before. Im not paying for a service that isn't reliable and continuing business with the customer service I received. I'll pay a different company that won't treat me like that.
