Big Bear Automotive LLC

I was pulling a 20' trailer from MN to AZ, when a wheel on the trailer sheared all the studs and the tire went off into the ditch somewhere. We called a towing service that was open on the 4th of July weekend and they recommended Big Bear Automotive. I limped the trailer back to Liberal on 3 tires and dropped the trailer off at Big Bear and continued to Prescott. We were in the process of moving and had I too many pressing issues in Prescott to remain in Liberal and wait for the repair. This happened on Saturday, July 5. My trailer is 35 years old and I wasn't sure they'd get all the parts for the repair right away. To my surprise & delight, they got the parts and repaired the trailer the following Monday. I paid their very reasonable bill on line and headed back to Liberal on Tuesday. I'm a retired engineer and their work was top notch. I picked up the trailer after their closing hours on Tuesday and headed back to Prescott. I neither saw nor met the gentlemen at Big Bear. They absolutely could not have been more accommodating, responsive to my situation, kept in communication all through the process and performed quality professional work. I'm not easily impressed, but they impressed the heck out of me. Two grateful thumbs way way up there guys.
