This place is ridiculously expensive. They changed my oil didn’t ask what brand I wanted to put back in it and put in it what they felt like. And then they try to tell me it’s so expensive because liberal is a small town and their oil prices are high. I’ve been a technician for over 20 years. I ran two service departments one at a new car dealer, and one at one of the biggest used car dealers in the county and I was a master tech at two different shops. They purchased their oil in bulk wholesale. There is no price difference just because they are in a different town. I get my oil changes for about $25 less for high-grade oil not generic bulk junk. On top of that they split oil on the side of my engine and don’t even clean it off. I would suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere, sincerely, certified ASE mater technician.

I have been a loyal customer there for over five years. Always had great service and a great experience. The one issue I did have one time they immediately took care of and had great customer service. I’ve been trying to get my oil changed for a couple of weeks. I pulled up one day at 11:15 on a Friday and the doors were locked and no one was there. I went this morning there were two gentlemen in there. They both looked at me as I had gotten tired of sitting in my vehicle waiting and I was standing in front of it.Neither one of them made a movement to let me know they were open or closed. In fact I felt like I was being ignored. If you don’t want to work on my vehicle OK but please let me know. I hope someone in management responds to this review. You will see I’ve always given positive reviews when I reviewed your business but I could not get past this.
