Excellent experience with 911 Restoration. They handled our water damage cleanup and repairs during the holidays and were prompt, professional, and very polite. Even with kids in the house, they were patient and respectful. Everything was done efficiently and with great care. Highly recommend!
We couldn’t be happier with 911 Restoration. They responded quickly to our water damage situation and completed the cleanup and repairs in a very timely manner. This was during the holidays with kids running around, yet the team remained courteous, professional, and focused. They truly went above and beyond, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
Wonderful people to work with! Had a smoke issue in the house from the fireplace. Within hours, had equipment onsite taking care of the issue while the team checked in consistently on how progress was going. Any questions we had revolving around safety and time to when the smell was going to be mediated was quickly met with experts from 911. Could not recommend them more as we felt like they treated us with service second to none, while providing very reasonable costs.
