RestoPros of The Triad

We contacted RestoPros of the Triad after having a leak in our laundry closet repaired, when the plumber advised it. Cameron came out the same day I called and checked things through very thoroughly, even to looking under the house in the crawlspace and in the garage (which shared a wall with where the leak was). He gave me a detailed explanation of the process and set up a dehumidifer. In the end my husband ended up deciding to go with a family friend's company. When I contacted RestoPros to explain they were so polite and understanding. They gave us a discount on the dehumidifier rental which we had for 6 days. Even though we ended up going with a different solution they were polite, professional, and up front every step of the way. I would not hesitate at all to recommend them and would certainly consider them again in the future should we need them. Thank you RestoPros, for being such a great group of folks to interact with!

This company was exceptional from start to finish. On New Year’s Day, we experienced an unexpected overflow tank issue that affected all floors of our home and multiple rooms causing significant damage and the loss of many personal items. It was an overwhelming situation. Although another company initially began the process, we made the decision to switch to this team after our first interaction with Dakota. His empathy, professionalism, and clear explanation of the process immediately stood out. He spoke highly of the company, and they absolutely lived up to it. Our continued experience with Coyote and the rest of the team was just as positive. Everyone was personable, respectful, and mindful of our home. Coyote, in particular, consistently explained what the team would be doing each day and reviewed what had been completed before leaving. I was working from home during much of the process and never once felt uncomfortable. They did exactly what they said they would do, communicated clearly throughout, and promptly notified us if anything changed. While I hope we never face something like this again, if we ever do, we would absolutely use this company again without hesitation.

Matt was an excellent technician who made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He clearly knew what he was doing and took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. His knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to answer questions really stood out. He worked efficiently and respectfully, showing genuine care for both his work and my family. Overall, Matt was a pleasure to work with and a great representative of his team.
