From the moment I called to inquire and make an appointment, I knew I would be taken care of. Their level of personal customer service is a rarity these days, and they sure live up to their high rating. Brad and his son did an excellent job steam cleaning our carpet, a large sectional sofa, a chair and a large ottoman. More than pleased and will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone!

Carolina Steam does a fantastic job at an economical price. I had them clean my Tile/Grout, Large Great Room Rug and Chair. I have used them on a couple of occasions and they do a great job, very friendly and professional.

Very professional service, even earlier than the appointment time ( which is great). They've done an excellent job cleaning the carpet which came out a lot better the I've expected. Definitely this is my favorite company and I've used them in the past. Very honest and affordable price. Thank you very much.
