Sam came within the time frame with notice upon near arrival. Professional yet personable. He did his inspection and gave me his concerns. We discussed my options and concerns and made an appointment with an assessor so I would be an informed consumer in future decisions. I'm very happy and relieved to know my heater is in good condition for winter. Thank you to Yes heating for reaching out to me on their $19 special!

Appreciated my technician being up front with me on everything and doing a great job making sure it was tuned up properly. He also gave me good advice for what time of year to do my maintenance checks during the slower season for Yes.

Scott, was very thorough, and took the time to explain everything he did. I always thought the original installer under sized the return air duct work. Scott tested it and assured me it was within standard. Other than missing their appt window by 40 minutes everything went great.

Technician was on time and gave our furnace a very, very thorough going over in advance of winter. Brought us up- to date on its condition which he rated as very good for its age. Explained everything about the furnace and its condition very thoroughly and in good, laymen's terms. Could not be happier. Recommended surge protection since this is a high efficiency unit. Did quick research and authorized it. Worth every penny.
