absolutely awesome! He showed up right on time, was super professional, and immediately got to work. He explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on, and made sure the job was done perfectly. You can tell he really cares about doing great work. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable.
Excellent Service and Quality Work! Matt Colosimo with All Star did an outstanding job for us. He provided a fair and detailed quote for our new water heater installation, water softener installation, and commercial dishwasher setup, and completed all the work efficiently and professionally. Everything is working perfectly, and Matt went above and beyond by taking the time to explain each service and how to maintain the equipment properly. Highly recommend Matt and the All Star team for any plumbing or installation needs!
We have used Allstar three times within the past ten months. The people who lived in our home before us did not do any maintenance on our high-quality equipment and we are now (literally) Paying for it. Allstar has done an amazing job with our water heater, AC, and furnace. The employees they send out are kind, courteous, and professional. Jamie and Cory were the most recent, but the first person who came out (whose name I no longer member) was also great. They complete their work quickly, give at least 3-4 options of how a repair can be done with different prices so that you can choose which option works best for your budget, and never leave you hanging. As far as I’m concerned, we’re sticking with them.
Andy came out to tune up our furnace before fall and was very helpful answering questions. He was very friendly and professional. Our HVAC system has been awesome this year with great cooling and heating.
