I just called to get a new system installed at a condo and they told me they are booked out until spring. WHAT? It's October. So no heat until then? I feel like if you don't do smaller jobs, just say that in your ads. Then, I won't waste my time calling on you.
I had another company tell me that I needed a new boiler. I called Thornton for a second opinion. Our heat was out so I paid the emergency rate. They fixed it and came back to service it later so I wouldn't have to pay that rate for the rest. This saved me over $1000. And they are super kind. I won't use anyone else.
On Friday evening at 430PM, I discovered a leak in a pump on our radiant heating system. I called Thornton who I have used in the past. The woman who answered told me first to ensure power was turned off .... thanks. Unfortunately they were booked out two weeks for a service call but could send someone out at an "after hours" rate. Not perfect but I had an emergency to deal with. Anyway, to make a long story short, within an hour of my call, Jimmy, an outstanding heating expert, showed up and had the pump replaced and system back up by 7PM. TREMENDOUS SERVICE! Thank you.
Thorton Plumbing has been great to work with. They responded immediately to my call/request. Wes did a great job. He was prompt, friendly and very helpful.
We needed a water restricter installation, Ken was very neat and professional and explained everything to us that he needed to do. He didn't try to sell us anything more that what we needed.We would definitely recommend them and we will use Tingey Plumbing again. Betty & Steve Michaut
