The staff is great! Sadly, they are the only ones in town that do allergy shots, on their schedule, before 4 pm except 1 day. That day is 5 pm. It's not very convenient for busy families. They do a great job otherwise. Remove tonsils, hearing, etc. Disappointing. I was 2 minutes after 4 pm one day. I was told to come back another day. Then they canceled shots on a Friday.
This is the most thorough allergy testing we have ever seen. The staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. The process was thoroughly explained. They even allowed us to do the followup via telehealth instead of coming back in because we were going to have a hard time coming back in for that. It's a very popular and busy office, so I'm glad they were able to get us in! I definitely recommend!
The personal is awsome. The inspire device is not helping. I'm having issues with soreness witch my conclusion was acid reflux. So now I'm takeing Omeprazole; fixed the soreness. But I'm not sleeping my ears ringing an getting severe headaches. I have Appointment with my Doctor 1-28-26 for a consultant. I haven't given up yet! Headache,dizziness, dementia
The staff is gracious and ready to help, from answering questions to efficient check in. Dr Wilson is “amazing”. I had Worked with him in surgery and thought his focus and skill was better than any ENT Dr I had ever worked with. Even as an OR Nurse I had multiple questions and concerns that were addressed and for that I am forever grateful. To Dr Wilson and his staff….Way to go! In case you are unaware healthcare workers are not easy to please. Again thank You. I would highly recommend Wyoming Otolaryngology to anyone needing this type of service.
