I had a different brand of battery stuck in my camera, and the staff handled the situation quickly and professionally, resolving it in under 30 seconds. Their service was outstanding, and I highly recommend them for any camera-related issues. This was by far the best service experience I’ve had.

These guys are amazing. I took my DSLR camera and lenses in to get it serviced, and ended up deciding to purchase new. Not only did they help me choose a new camera, they bought my all of my old gear minus two lenses that I chose to keep. They were affordable, friendly, and incredibly insightful. I had my two young kids with me, and they treated them, and myself so kindly. I highly recommend Wyoming Camera Outfitters.
What a welcoming and professional location. Stopped by to see an actual camera store, as these are rarely found. Such a great location, knowledgeable staff and large selection of equipment. Very well informed and a wide range of services. Personally looking forward to future visits to purchase equipment and have prints created.
The closest camera store to Rapid City, SD. We stopped by while traveling through town. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Unfortunately our camera is considered a sealed unit and couldn't be fixed.
